Статья посвящена изучению вопроса о роли национальной музыкально-исполнительской культуры в процессе межкультурной коммуникации. С позиций философии культуры рассмотрено взаимодействие и взаимное влияние московской пианистической школы и китайской музыкальной традиции.

В статье рассматривается соотношение двух видов реальности театрализации — виртуальной и жизненной. Делается вывод: театрализация оперирует виртуальной реальностью как видимостью, скрывающей реальность жизненную. Другой вид театрализации — театральная реальность, несущая в своей глубине духовное начало. Различение проходит по линии веры: в одном случае преобладает игра, в другом — вера в подлинность происходящего.

Cubital tunnel syndrome is one of the most common tunnel mononeuropathies. The article discusses the aetiology, pathogenesis, risk factors for development, principles of clinical and instrumental diagnosis and treatment of patients with cubital tunnel syndrome. The most common operations indicated for this pathology are also detailed: open decompression, endoscopic decompression, micro-decompression, subcutaneous transposition, intramuscular transposition and axillary transposition, medial epicondylectomy. The outcomes of various methods of treatment are described based on the data of modern scientific literature. The choice of surgical service is based on several factors, and one surgical method cannot be applied in all clinical situations.

The purpose of the research was to identify the main structural-dynamic and diagnostic characteristics of the cohort of persons first registered by psychiatric services in the Russian Federation in 2018-2020. The findings of the research based on statistical reports showed a significant predominance of younger age groups (0-19 years old) and those diagnosed with mental disorders that do not reach the psychotic level in the above cohort. The primary incidence rates were found to be ambiguous: increasing by 2019 and sharp decreasing in 2020. The authors conclude that this dynamic is largely due to the effects of the coronavirus epidemic, which necessitated the introduction of restrictive measures. Further monitoring and analysis of primary incidence rates will confirm or refute this assumption.
