We conducted an objective and instrumental examination in 79 patients with radical mastectomy in the early postoperative period (2–4days), patients of the 1st group n=23 underwent 10procedures of postoperative suture fluctuation; patients of the 2nd group n=28 underwent 10procedures of fluctuating currents according to the extended technique; and patients of the 3rd group n=28 in addition to the extended technique underwent fluoridation of the forearm muscles by the same parameters. It has been proved that patients have reduced postoperative swelling, reduced pain, reduced the number of postoperative complications in the wound (inflammation, infectious processes, pain, suture divergence), shortened lymphorrhea. There is an increase in the amount and quality of movements, reduced sensitivity disorders in the upper limbs. Thus, the inclusion in the program of medical rehabilitation of various methods of appointment of fluctuating currents in the early postoperative period is appropriate and helps to reduce the time of recovery.

The aim of the study — the evaluation of the effectiveness for restoring the functional abilities with Neurac method in patients undergoing stroke. Materials and methods. The study included 20 participants, they were divided into 2 groups, the first group — the patients who undergoing the stroke (main group): the main group of patients received a base standard rehabilitation program (kinesiotherapy, mechanotherapy on cyclic apparatгs, massage) and additional trainings in Redcord in Redsord system. The control group — a base standard rehabilitation program. The duration of the rehabilitation course was 14 days. Results and consideration. As a result of the study in both groups (main and control) as compared with the initial findings were better results of Berg Balance Test: 44,4±0,5 in the first group and 43,6±0,8 in the second group vs. 48±0,3 and 45,3±0,5 (р≤0,05). Although in patients of the first group after restoring treatment course with using method of Neurac method it was authentic lesser disturbance of everyday life activity: in estimating Bartel Index 86,9±0,5 vs. 80,1±0,7 (initial) (р≤0,05), what was significantly higher be comparison with control group results. In estimating 10 minutes walking test: 16,82±5,4 in the main group 2020 2 vs. 22,6±3,33 (initial) (р≥0,05), what was although significantly higher in comparison with the second group. By estimating walking on C-mill treadmill the middle speed in first and it second groups was 0,90±0,1 vs. 0,84±0,3 with 0,80±0,2 vs. 0,84±0,3 (ibitial) (р≥0,05). Conclusion: the obtained results point at the effectiveness of using Neurac method in restoring treatment programs for patient undergoing stroke for elevation of the stabilization of trunk, improvement of balance (in static, in functional movements, in walking), independence level in real life terms. An additional point is that this kind training can promote significantly positive influence on the patient’s motivation for actualization of active movement to improvement of the social and domestic adaptation, increase of motor and functional abilities.

Glucagon is one of the main hormones that regulate energy production, but its role in the implementation of the therapeutic and preventive potential of drinking mineral waters has not been sufficiently studied. Many of the effects of glucagon are related to the insulin supply of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, and insulin takes an active part in the mechanism of action of mineral waters on various functional systems of the body. In an experiment in healthy animals, the stimulating effect of medium-mineralized water on the secretion of glucagon and the concentration of lipid precursors of enegretic metabolism was proved. It was found that activation of reparative processes and inhibition of acidic gastric secretion in rats with experimental gastroduodenal ulcer are associated with an increase in glucagon secretion under the influence of course intake of mineral water. It was found that in the case of metabolic syndrome, rats develop circadian rhythm disorders in the system of glucagon regulation of energy-homeostasis, which can be compensated by internal intake of mineral water. The hypothesis about the stimulating effect of drinking mineral waters on the interconnected insulin-glucagon regulation of the energy supply of sanogenetic reactions is analyzed.

The aim of the study was to assess the impact of halotherapy performed in halocabinets on the health of children who often suffer from acute respiratory diseases. Based on the data obtained, the pronounced anti-inflammatory and sanogenetic effect of the factor was established, and the optimal parameters and halotherapy regimens were determined depending on the presence of symptoms of acute respiratory disease. Follow-up observations have confirmed the durability of the therapeutic effect.

An examination and treatment of 120 patients with circulatory failure in the vertebral-basilar basin was carried out. We studied the hemodynamic state of arterial and venous cerebral blood flow (ultrasound, magnetic resonance angiography, phlebography). We evaluated the dynamics of subjective and objective clinical, hemodynamic parameters before treatment and against the background of the combination therapy. The high efficiency of the influence of the treatment complex with the use of cytoflavin in tablets, transcranial electrical stimulation, magnetolaser effects on the dynamics of clinical and functional indicators, and a reduction in hospital stay in patients with circulatory failure in the WB has been shown to be highly effective.

The research objective is to improve the efficiency of sanatorium and spa treatment of patients with focal pulmonary tuberculosis (FPT) in the phase of resorption and carnificaton with complex application of anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy, drinking mineral waters (DMW) and focused pulse magnetic therapy (FPMT). Materials and methods of the research. The study included 120 patients suffering from FPT with the first detected FPT in the phase of resorption and carnificaton without emission of Mycobacteria tuberculosis (MBT-), after a standard 2–3 month intensive chemotherapy in anti-tuberculous institutions in their place of residence. By random sampling, 3groups were formed: in the main group (MG; 42 people) the patients received complex sanatorium and spa treatment (SST), standard anti-tuberculous chemotherapy (isoniaside and pyrazinamide), DMW “Teberda”, FPMT; in the group of comparison (GC; 41people) the patients received standard SST and anti-tuberculous chemotherapy in combination with DMW Teberda; in the control group (CG; 37 people) the patients had only standard SST and anti-tuberculous chemotherapy. Results. Clinical effectiveness of complex SST with application of DMW and FPMT increases in comparison with application of only climatic- and anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy (CG) by 23.2% (p<0,05), and in the combination with drinking MW “Teberda” (GC) by 17.3% (p<0,05). Conclusion. The study proved synergistic positive effect of combined therapy (anti-tuberculosis chemotherapeutic agents, internal intake of medium-mineralized MW “Teberda”, FPMT) in FPT.

The article is devoted to the application of modern technologies of medical rehabilitation in Pediatrics. Developed and scientifically based innovative technologies of hardware physiotherapy are presented: electrotherapy, light therapy, magnetotherapy, hydrotherapy, peloidotherapy. New methods of kinesotherapy are highlighted: robotic mechanotherapy, kinesiotaping. Modern methods of medical rehabilitation in Pediatrics are presented: manual therapy, psychotherapy, etc.

Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD), accompanied by various clinical symptoms, is currently a significant medical, social and economic problem. The article presents an analysis of literature data on the treatment of patients with UCTD: classification, diagnosis, drug and non-drug treatment, physiotherapy.

The results of the clinical and metabolic efficacy of sulfide balneotherapy and laser blood irradiation in 90 patients with common vulgar psoriasis are presented. It has been established that a treatment complex based on hydrogen sulfide baths in combination with intravenous laser blood irradiation helps to reduce initially elevated levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines with an increase in anti-inflammatory cytokines, leads to inhibition of peroxide metabolism with an increase in antioxidant enzyme activity, and has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect with a significant improvement in the clinical picture diseases and regression of psoriatic elements on the skin in 86% of cases

In recent years, manual therapy has been increasingly used. This was facilitated by the scientific justification of the method, wellestablished training of specialists, good results of manual diagnostics and therapy of patients. Manual medicine is a system of diagnostic and therapeutic manual techniques aimed at identifying and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system, manifested in the form of functional joint blockages, hypermobility and regional postural muscle imbalance. In addition to nosological diagnosis, manual examination data are of great importance for successful treatment. Manual diagnostics is a method aimed at detecting disorders in the spine, muscles and joints, as well as ligaments of the human body. The main task of diagnostics is to establish a differential diagnosis between diseases of the spine and joints and other nosological forms. Timely manual diagnostics with the use of manual therapy technologies helps to increase the effectiveness of complex treatment and helps to avoid complications and disability at an early age.
