Aging and diseases are the two processes that limit the duration of life. A person’s life expectancy can be extended by 18 years if the main aging-associated diseases are eliminated: atherosclerosis (being also a prodrome of hypertension and ischemic heart disease) and cancer. According to the UN and WHO, one of the main indicators of level of civilization in a country is the level of health and life expectancy of its population. While the birth rate is declining, life expectancy of mankind is increasing. The proportion of people who are 80 or more years old will grow most rapidly, which will lead to a significant increase in the demographic burden on society and can seriously affect the level of medical care and social security programs for older people. In order to understand the processes and indicators of aging, the biological age (BA) was evaluated using Pogozhev ‘s method, and classes were held in the group. BA is calculated on the basis of such parameters as resting heart rate, specific lung capacity, cholesterol levels, and fasting blood sugar level. As a result, after 3 months of training, a decrease in BA by 10.6 years was recorded.
