All these factors are reflected in the treatment of patients. The process of treatment is delayed for many years. All this drives us to search for new therapies. The newest and modern treatment of onychomycosis is laser therapy. This article explores the treatment of fungal infections of the nails stop using two lasers: Q-Switched 1064/532 nm Nd: YAG: 1064 nm on one technology platform of Harmony XL Alma Lasers (Israel, USA). The study laser therapy proved to be a safe and effective method. Laser therapy could potentially allow treatment of patients who have contraindications to systemic therapy.

Narcolepsy is a chronic autoimmune difficult curable neurological disorder with a genetic predisposition, characterized by excessive daytime sleepiness, which is associated with the development of the typical manifestations of REM sleep, such as cataplexy, hallucinations, vivid dreams and sleep paralysis. Narcolepsy can develop at any age. Most cases of narcolepsy are sporadic. Untreated and late diagnosed narcolepsy leads to traumatization and socio-psychological disorders. Typically, the correct diagnosis is delayed in narcolepsy for many years. In this article, the authors discuss the problems of diagnosis of narcolepsy in 66-year-old man on the outpatient level of health care.

Recently the attention of researchers increasingly focus on the study of changes occurring on the level of microcirculation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is associated with various systemic effects of this disease. Perhaps, the study of the causal relationship between lung function and structural changes of the vessels, when you select the basic treatment, will allow in future, to correct the existing hemodynamic changes. Because optimal broncholyte and anti-inflammatory therapy in the long term should be aimed not only at improving lung function and quality of life, but also more effectively prevent the development of cardiovascular complications. In our study, we analyzed the effect of basic therapy on microcirculation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of moderate severity. The study was conducted in the dynamics: the first day of treatment and after 1 month. Our data indicate not only a positive effect on quality of life, indicators of external respiration function, but also about the positive changes on microcirculation level of both lungs and peripheral microcirculation.
