The aim of the study was to conduct a multivariate analysis of a model for the organization of nursing care for a patient diagnosed with appendectomy obtained in a preliminary study. An individual approach to planning the provision of medical care to patients with this pathology by paramedical personnel was justified, within the framework of their competencies. Results. It is established that the assessment of factors characterizing the patient’s current state after appenectomy, based on a systemic multivariate analysis, is a way of objective assessment of the patient’s condition; by weight coefficients allows you to determine the most significant factors; reflects the tendency of the recovery process after surgery and the development of possible complications. Conclusion Further use of the developed mathematical model will make it possible to objectively evaluate the current state of the patient after surgery, to personify the organization of specialized medical care by specialists with secondary medical education.
The article shows that the symptomatic pattern of emotional burnout syndrome in dentists of surgeons, therapists and orthopedists was characterized by the formation of 2 symptoms «Self-dissatisfaction» and «Emotional deficiency» and formation of 1 symptom among surgeons «Emotional moral disorientation «to 2 symptoms among orthopedists «Expansion of the sphere of saving emotions», «Inadequate emotional response». With the increase in the length of service among dentists, the expression of 3 symptoms among orthopedists up to 6 symptoms among the surgeons of the syndrome of emotional burnout increases 1.5–3 times.
