In the composition of grain feeds a special place grain hullless barley variety Nudum 95 occupies whose distinctive feature is the high content of crude protein by 7,6 % higher than in grain of chaff y barley (variety Chelyabinsk 99). In addition, the weevil of this variety is free fl owering glumes and is characterized by a low content of crude fi ber of 2,70 % against 5,60 % in hulled grain variety. The increased feeding value of grain hulless variety resulted in the best absorption of its nutrients by the animal organism. The absolute gain in live weight of young pigs, rabbits, geese and broiler chickens of experimental groups treated with the composition of feed grain barley variety Nudum 95 was higher than in the control groups, respectively, 18,3 %, 16,0, 2,0, and 2,1 %. Identical the results have expressed of average daily gain in live weight of animals and poultry. The weight of the cooled carcasses of rabbits of the experimental group was higher compared with the control variant by 17,9 %. Preslaughter weight of goslings-broilers of the control group was less by 3,6 % than when feeding grain variety Nudum 95. Weight semi eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight of the goose carcasses in the experimental variant was higher than control by 7,2 % and 11,5 %, respectively. Broiler chickens of the experimental group had the pre-slaughter weight 1,9 % more than in the control variant. Weighing of semi eviscerated chickens has showed a signifi cant excess mass of the carcasses of the experimental group over the control by 5,7 %. Weight of eviscerated carcasses of chickens of the experimental group surpassed the control group by 3,5 %. It has been recommended for feeding farm animals and poultry to input in the compound feed grain of hullless barley variety Nudum 95.
