One of the main problems of modern Russia's economy is the unrestrained growth of tariffs of natural monopolies. The costs of enterprises are growing at an unacceptably high rate, so in a number of positions, the cost levels are higher than in Europe and America. The Ministry of Agriculture has already reported that to support domestic producers of agricultural products in the new conditions should the profile state program until 2020. Unfortunately, similar programs in the industry aimed at mitigating the consequences of Russia's accession to the WTO are lacking. This article presents an analysis of industry marketing at the regional level.
