The author revealed relevant problems of carrying out state policy in the field of health care. A conclusion is reasoned that creation of necessary conditions for public health policy in Russian regions, depends on regional features. The priority directions of implementation of public health policy region are listed in article. Positive dynamics of providing the public medical services in an electronic form within large-scale All-Russian informatization of health care is designated.
The author of article opened the main approaches to a phenomenon «corruption». A conclusion is reasoned that existence of corruption in Russia is considered as one of the structural restrictions enhancing suspense of a number of social and institutional problems.
