Assessment of obtained data was performed before and after the course of treatment. The positive dynamics of indicators in all patients after the therapy that presumably characterizes the accumulation of painful experiences with the formation of chronic pain syndrome.
The apparatus «Spectrum», providing light and magnetic influence on erythrocytes of blood if his exposure on the skin over the vein. The physical fields. caused the staff , contributes to the divergence of the «coin columns» and sludge of red blood cells. After a 10 minute exposure apparatus of the «monetary column» and sludge may break down to individual cells, restores tissue respiration, which promotes the release of leukocytes and increased cellular immunity. The mechanism of reducing the adhesion of peripheral blood erythrocytes under the influence of red light with frequencies between 630–680 nm and a constant magnetic field produced by the machine «Spectrum» can be considered similar the effect of low-intensity laser irradiation of blood.
Chronic painful syndrome at 42 patients with a neuralgia of a trigeminal nerve studied with the help of the biographical form of the multivariate verbal-color painful test. The rate of therapy of a neuralgia of a trigeminal nerve included preparations carbamazepine (the doze did not exceed more than 1200 mg day) and amitriptiline (50–150 mg day), and also physiotherapeutic methods of treatment, an average length of hospital stay is 28 days. At receipt in a hospital at patients the significant level of neurotysaition on a background of a high degree of inclusion of emotional sphere in an internal picture of experience of a pain and concentration of attention on provoking factors of an environment was marked. Complicated etiopathogenesis of chronic prostatitis, presence of various complications and lack of an effective single treatment method make it imperative to develop a widespread introduction of new methods into the clinical practice. All this was a rationale for the use of the combined effects of interference currents and vacuum massage for patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis. The study included 60 patients aged 25–50 years with chronic bacterial prostatitis in the latent phase of inflammation. The study was conducted on a comparative aspect basis of the three randomized groups of patients (n = 20), comparable for all criteria, divided depending on the methods applied in two treatment and one control group. In this case, the originally assigned standard medication treatment was an obligatory component in all three groups. The study showed a high clinical efficacy of the use of vacuum-Interference in the patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis.
The article presents the results of the use of PUVA baths with an aqueous solution ammifurin in children aged 12 to 18 years with torped flowing, common forms of psoriasis. As a result of the observations has been demonstrated the high efficiency and sufficient safety with regard to early predictable side effects. With torpid course of psoriasis to standard therapy in children may use PUVA baths. This method has more than 90% efficiency. In none of the clinical cases early side effects were observed, which allows to recommend it as a 2 line therapy in disseminated forms of psoriasis.
