The article is devoted to the analysis of the Mnistry of Labor of the Russian Federation’s letter dated December 29, 2025, no. 14 1/OG 5888, which clarifi es the application of the new rules for calculating average wages in accordance with the Government Decree of April 24, 2025, no. 540 (which came into force on September 1, 2025).
The article clarifi es the procedure for the entry into force of an employment contract with a highly qualifi ed foreign specialist in the Russian Federation, according to the new clarifi cations of the Ministry of Labor (letter dated 24.12.2025 no. 16 6/10/V 23238, coordinated with the Ministry of Internal Aff airs of Russia).
