Due to the high prevalence of professional hearing loss, the difficulty of making decisions on the further working capacity of the employee, the issues of objectification of the assessment of the hearing condition among employees of «noise» productions, ensuring their reliability are very relevant. Based on the analysis of the results of tonal threshold audiometry and registration of short-latency auditory evoked potentials in 30 patients with impaired auditory function of professional origin, the difference in latencies of registered potentials, amplitudes and intervals was determined in comparison with a group of persons without industrial acoustic contact. The present study has shown that the test has sufficient informativeness in solving complex examination issues of interned patients with comorbid pathology of the circulatory organs by this age, and can be recommended for use for differential diagnosis of lesions of the central parts of the auditory analyzer in case of discrepancy with the results of tonal threshold audiometry.

Rheovasography (RVG) is a modern non-invasive method for studying the intensity of peripheral circulation, the severity of collateral circulation, assessing the state of vascular tone and the venous system. Impedancemetry allows you to establish, evaluate the function of the endothelial layer of blood vessels, the elastic properties of arteries and the state of the microcirculatory bed, which allows you to choose the most optimal treatment tactics.

Introduction. In the face of the risk of occupational infection with COVID-19 through direct contact with the source of the disease, the mental stress of medical workers involved in providing care to patients during the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection has increased. Materials and methods. The paper presents an analysis of the literature on the problem of professional burnout syndrome among medical workers, presented in the Scientific Electronic Library eLibrary, as well as in the English-language text database of medical and biological publications PubMed. The analysis of foreign literature showed the relevance of this problem, primarily for medical workers in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Results. The novel coronavirus infection pandemic is associated with many causes and factors that can adversely affect the formation and development of professional burnout among medical workers in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic: high workload, lack and shortage of PPE, threat and risk of contracting a new coronavirus infection, social isolation, insufficiency (at the first stage) of accumulated knowledge about a new little-studied disease.

Introduction. In the context of the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, crises in the field of economy, education, politics and health have intensified. Medical workers turned out to be the most vulnerable category of the population in terms of the risk of developing emotional burnout. The additional challenges faced by healthcare professionals have multiplied the workload of healthcare professionals, as well as increased susceptibility to stress and burnout. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the phases of the burnout syndrome among medical workers and to study the factors associated with the burnout syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and methods. The study involved healthcare workers in COVID hospitals (n=201); medical workers of the outpatient-polyclinic level (n=186); medical workers of multidisciplinary hospitals (n=195); control group (n=190). The following research methods were used: a questionnaire survey and a questionnaire by Boyko V.V. «Diagnosis of the level of emotional burnout», which is a questionnaire of 84 questions. Results. A high level of emotional burnout was revealed in the general sample of medical workers compared to the control group. The most pronounced signs of emotional distress: tension, resistance, exhaustion are found in medical workers in COVID hospitals compared to medical workers in multidisciplinary hospitals and outpatient clinics. Potential sources of stress for medical workers include: high workload, restrictive measures being introduced, fear of illness, lack and shortage of PPE, the threat and risk of contracting a new coronavirus infection, a long period of isolation, financial instability, insufficient (in the first stage) accumulated knowledge about a new little-studied disease, a feeling of discrimination and / or stigmatization.

The risks of developing diseases of the cardiovascular system were analyzed. The causes of cardiovascular risks and arterial hypertension can be diseases of the kidneys, central nervous system, endocrine system, vascular disease. The use of nutrient complexes aimed at the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system can be used to regulate metabolic disorders, control body weight, normalize fat metabolism, regulate blood pressure and progression of cardiovascular pathology and improve the quality of life in different age groups.

Recommendations are given on the quality and speed of performing cytological studies aimed at increasing the efficiency of detecting cervical cancer and precancerous conditions. An optimal list of laboratory tests and organizational options for performing laboratory tests aimed at early detection of cervical cancer, features of the technological process that affect the speed of obtaining a result, increasing the effectiveness of treatment and the quality of life of a woman are presented.

The development of long-term complications in the post-COVID-19 infection period has become a new global challenge for the global medical community. Thus, Long-COVID-19 syndrome can be considered as a subject of particular interest for further study. Long-COVID-19 syndrome can be described as a condition that develops after a coronavirus infection in the form of pathological symptoms that persist for more than 4 weeks. Fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, pathological pain, brain fog, anosmia and dysgeusia are the most common symptoms of Long-COVID-19 syndrome. However, there are a number of reports of more diverse manifestations affecting the pulmonary, cardiovascular, cutaneous, musculoskeletal and neuropsychic systems. Due to the fact that in recent decades there has been a steady increase in allergic diseases’ incidence, the study of allergic pathology under the Long-COVID-19 syndrome is one of the most up-to-date issues at present time.
