The results of the study of the main indicators of occupational morbidity in the Samara Region for the period 2015-2019 are presented. The analysis of the structure of occupational morbidity taking into account nosological forms and professions is carried out.

Clinical, microbiological, and mycological studies of patients with allergic dermatoses contributed to the development of a clinical working classification of allergic skin diseases, taking into account the microbiome of the body’s biosubstrates. A clinical classification of bacterial, fungal and mixed-bacterial sensitization is proposed, taking into account the identification of opportunistic microorganisms.
A clinical and immunological examination of 140 women with verified cipher B 37.3-inflammatory disease caused by yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida, characterized by the presence of 4 or more episodes during the year, is carried out. Before the start of therapy, an imbalance of cellular and humoral factors of innate immunity, the content of cytokines in the vaginal secretion, was detected. The optical radiation of a low-intensity laser was included in the scheme of therapeutic measures, starting from the first day of treatment. The results of the study demonstrate that local exposure on the vulva and vagina with laser radiation with a wavelength of 635 nm, with the power of 5 mW, for 10 minutes per area for a 10-day period reliably reduce the severity of objective and subjective symptoms of vaginal candidiasis, reduce the number of relapses, forming a long interrecurrent period, and normalizes the state of factors of local antimicrobial protection on the surface of the mucous membranes of the lower part of the urogenital system.
This review examines fundamental approaches to studying the phenomena of pendulum-like chronic desynchronosis in conditions of multi-latitude movement without adaptation in extreme time zones. The article analyzes works on psychophysiological and chronobiological aspects of depressive disorders in the regime of multi-latitude pendulum-like movements in conditions of impossibility of biorhythmological adaptation at the limiting points of the flight. Effective proposals of means and measures for elimination of psychosomatic consequences of chronic desynchronosis and compensation of depressive spectrum disorders are presented.
In a chronopharmacological experiment, the effect of two drugs with psychotropic action in combinations on the behavior of laboratory animals subjected to chronic alcohol intoxication was examined. Against the background of a deprimating agent, a decrease in the threshold of sensitivity to electrical irritation and the duration of an aggressive reaction was revealed; an increase in these indicators was established with a combination of a deprimating drug with an antioxidant. It has been shown that the antioxidant has a desynchronizing effect on the behavioral reactions of laboratory animals for two days, which indicates a pronounced adaptive effect. In the case of using combinations of a deprimating agent with an antioxidant, a decrease in the destruction of the histological structure of the myocardium against the background of chronic alcoholization was established.
The behavior of experimental animals under the influence of two drugs with psychotropic action and their combination against the background of chronic alcohol intoxication in a chronopharmacological experiment was studied. A decrease in the threshold of sensitivity to electrical irritation was revealed against the background of the use of a deprimating agent and an increase in these indicators when this drug was combined with an antioxylant. The pronounced adaptive effect of the antioxidant is evidenced by its desynchronizing effect on the behavioral reactions of laboratory animals for two days.
