Young competitive athletes are widely regarded as a special subgroup of healthy people who seem to be invulnerable and are often capable of extraordinary physical achievements. The cardiovascular system of the athlete adapts to greater loads by increasing the heart mass with certain morphological changes in the circulation of blood in the heart, which represents a physiological adaptation to systematic training. The article discusses the possibilities of combined application of aerobic and strength training within the framework of various intrasessions for hypertensive athletes of strength sports.

Demand for emergency radiological care is more than 50 % of the total need for radiological methods of diagnosis. This determines the extreme importance and urgency of the correct organization of an emergency radiology service. Emergency radiology service is the basis of the diagnostic and treatment process at critical moments for patients. To solve diagnostic problems in urgent situations, all hospitals must have a specific emergency radiology service in the form of a unit of the appropriate size with human, technological, structural and organizational resources that allow them to conduct all the necessary activities.
