The results of theoretical study and practical use in the field of formulation of principles and implementation of the mechanism elated to electronic medical records of the patient are discussed in the article. The technology for the presentation and storage of medical information is analysed. A solution using a universal format for presenting information and a data conversion mechanism for visualization purposes is proposed. The advantages of using the proposed system both in terms of safety and in order to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic correction are presented.
The Regional Register includes more than 2,000 children with asthma. With its help, it is possible to study the structure, dynamics of morbidity and monitor treatment in real clinical practice. Defects in the management and treatment of children with bronchial asthma were revealed as a result of the analysis, which confirms the relevance of the use of “register” information technology in practical health care.
The article presents a systematic review of studies, the subject of which is devoted to the study of epidemiology and mechanisms of progression of adverse situations, which are associated with the health care delivery, the principles of patient safety management. It was found as a result of the meta-analysis, that cases of harm to a person during health care delivery (that is, adverse events) are observed in 10.6% of patients. The source of adverse situations is systemic causes (which are latent threats), and their management is the basis for a modern strategy for ensuring the safety of health care.
A research on the state of the medical equipment market in Russia was conducted within the framework of this study. The main market participants were studied, its structure was described, key features and development trends of the entire medical industry in general were identified. The assessment was made based on the results of a study of various federal programs of health care system intended for the period from 2018 to 2024 (“Fighting cancer”, “Developing children's health care”, “Fighting cardiovascular diseases”). The study of the main provisions of these programs allowed to identify key areas of development of the medical equipment market in Russia. The marketing policy implemented by the main market participants was also analysed, and its effectiveness was analysed as well.
The paper presents the mechanism for adaptation of marketing management tools and their use for planning the economic and social effectiveness of therapeutic products and services. With the help of this concept, it is possible to actualize the strategic relationship between the producer and the consumer of medical and health-promoting products and services on the background of the increasing popularity of a healthy lifestyle. The social and economic processes inherent in the health care system and medical sanatorium services were studied as part of this research, the role of the commercial performance of using marketing management in the early stages of product preparation was determined. Building strategic relations with potential customers on the basis of marketing management concept can become the foundation for the development of the infrastructure of tourist and recreational regions in the future.
The article contains a study of the main characteristics of medical services, a description of their nature as an economic category. Within the study it is shown, that their importance increases in the structure of the modern economy, their specificity is demonstrated, and the main differences from other types of services are indicated. The demarcation signs of medical services and other categories of scientific practice related to human health indicators were determined as a result of the analysis.

Health services provided by Plastika Organization were studied within the framework of this article. Measures aimed at improving the provision of the services provided as a result of the analysis of their range in this health care institution were developed. A brief description of the tools in communication portfolio of the medical center under consideration was also compiled. The article contains a study on the dynamics of demand for certain categories of aesthetic plastic surgeries, the most popular ones in 2016-2018. 3 groups of key factors, that can be used to optimize the medical business, were identified according to the results of the study.
The article analyses the social problems associated with the actual state of the quality of health care for population in the Russian Federation. The Russian health care system is taking measures to improve the quality of services provided to the population, but social and economic reforms implemented in the country need to achieve a tangible effect from the taken measures to ensure the growth of the quality of health care for the population in the country's health care system. Today, there is actually no research conducted in the Russian health care system on the opinion of citizens about the responsiveness of the national health care system to the expectations of people in the country concerning increase in the quality and availability of health care. The feasibility of finalizing the legal framework of the Russian Federation in terms of institutionalization of the legislative regulation for ensuring a healthy lifestyle, ensuring the availability of high-quality health care for people, and responsiveness of the national health care system to people's expectations, was determined. The implementation dynamics in these areas should be monitored using a single official methodology for measuring the opinion of the Russian population on the quality of health care in the country's health care system. A set of practical recommendations for improving the quality of health care for citizens of the Russian Federation is considered.
The article provides an overview of opinions regarding the analysis of the quality of life from a health care perspective. The assessment of the quality of life, positioned by the World Health Organization, is given. The state of the level of health protection in the Russian Federation and in the Omsk region is analysed.
Teaching intercultural communication at the present stage of development of science and medicine is one of the mandatory aspects of training specialists in medical universities. Interethnic interaction on the background of global trends of erasing borders between states is becoming increasingly active, it defines the vector of development of the higher education system and the formation of medical systems. The society needs to provide quality and affordable health care regardless of the social and cultural group of the population, ensuring the principles of social justice and effective communication between the doctor and the patient. As part of this study, the experience of foreign scientists on the organization of training courses for medical students in intercultural communication is presented. The process of teaching students included the implementation of international educational projects, the method of teaching through service, mutual intercultural learning, as well as traditional training methods. The prospective viability of this direction is reasonable, since the level of understanding of intercultural processes in society by healthcare professionals is the key to providing quality health care.
Recently, such a mechanism of interaction of private structures with public ones like PPP (publicprivate partnership) has begun to gain popularity in the territory of the Russian Federation and a number of foreign countries. This form of cooperation allows resolution of a number of problems, including those of social importance. This article is devoted to reviewing the experience of cooperation between the state and business in the field of health care in foreign countries.
