Modern health care service is particularly social important branch of economics, the main focus of which is considered to be the direct treatment, which means the performance of medical services from doctor to a patient, and also the process of organizing of these services by means of necessary remedies. In the current article the author is considering the peculiarities of medical aid condition at the modern stage of the development of organizational-economic relations in health care service.

The analysis of complaints by citizens of the Chechen Republic on the infringement of their rights in the public health insurance system. Study of grievances of citizens conducted using questionnaires. It has been established that the main causes of complaints insured CHI citizens are poor drug coverage in health care, illegal collection of funds for medical services provided by the program CHI, poor work organization hospitals. The study was able to identify weaknesses in the health system of the Republic of greatest dissatisfaction with the quality of public health care.

This article represents the results of the study of the main indicators of occupational diseases in the Samara region and their dynamics over the 2011–2013 period. The analysis of the structure of occupational diseases of the nervous system with the allowances made for clinical entities and professions was conducted. The trends in the diagnosis of occupational neurological pathology in the Samara region were identified.

The article contains information concerning possible financial costs (risks) of outpatient clinics in case of primary medical-sanitary aid performance in day patient facility conditions. The question about possible sources of financial risks covering is discussed.

The formation of medical services marked and appearance of competitive relations in that sphere, accompanying by Russian health care system budget reformations let to state the beginning of a new economical formation, in which instruments, that were earlier used for institutions monitoring now are considered to be low-effective and non-adequate to contemporary social-economical realities. New economical formation insistently requires the transferring from administrative to economical monitoring of medical institutions, with appropriate adaptation of its instruments to functional peculiarities of activities of these institutions. The article contains the results of authors research work on this point.

Medical care is always individualized and the work of the doctor is considered to be one of the most creative – «a fusion of science, craft and art». Herewith the standardization in health care is necessary, it is not a «brake» in its development. In the opposite side, it lets to make qualitative medicine to be more affordable to population. But standardization should be also systemic: these are unified demands to the quality of medical aid, formalized as Orders of medical care performance and clinical recommendations (protocols of treatment), and also unified principles of treatment organization and routing of patients, and unified lists of guaranteed by the government medicines and medical devices. Financial-economical norms and standardized methods of payment are included there. All of that allows to get the qualitative aid while maintaining its availability for the population of the country. The author of the article considers the peculiarities of medical aid in daily hospitals* conditions, non-interruptable connection of medical help organization and its performance with achieving of a good quality and result.

It has been held the retrospective analysis of 332 health histories, who were treated at the 22 of the Department Pediatric Hospital, which was isolated Acinetobacter spp. Cases of the mole and cases of the intrahospital infection were registered in 20 of the Department. In just 5 years it has been registered 332 cases of Acinetobacter spp., including 218 cases of the mole and 114 cases of the intrahospital infection. For 5 years the medial level value of the intrahospital acinetobacteria infection incidence reached to 0,63 %. The spectrum of the marked Acinetobacter spp. in mole the Acinetobacter lwiffii has been prevailed, its specific gravity reached up to 54 %, Acinetobacter baumannii – 34 %, other (Acinetobacter anitratus, Acinetobacter junii) – in single cases. In intrahospital cases it was Acinetobacter baumannii, which specific gravity reached up to 50 % and Acinetobacter lwoffii – 46 %, others species occur as well in single cases. Antibiotic sensitivity was studied to 26 antimicrobial preparations. From a study of 114 strains isolated during nosocomial infection, 15 strains were highly resistant to most drugs studied, 45 – moderately sensitive and only 54 – sensitive to all drugs.

In article results of an assessment of working conditions and factors of labour process of women- radiologists are presented. It is revealed that the character of work of doctors-radiologists scaled as a strained one (3 class of 1 degree) on level of sensitive and emotional loadings. Thus the psychoemotional condition of surveyed by a technique SAN is favorable.

Hospital-acquired infections remain a thorny problem of public health up to the present. Golden staphylococcus is the most frequent activator of hospital-acquired infections. In the present work the problem of carriage of golden staphylococcus among the interns who are trained on chairs, located in Clinics of Samara medical university is considered, and the variants of the organisation of work and the safety technique of trained interns for the purpose of risk decrease of the infections the personnel and patients are also considered. Central to the strategy of the European Regional Office of WHO's work with countries, «Matching services to new needs» takes analysis of the needs and aspirations of each country. It also supports the implementation of strategies based on the best available evidence, given the country's potential and possibilities of their implementation.
