On the material of 294 patients of the Republican clinical psychiatric hospital (Izhevsk) with organic mental disorders, the social-demographic and clinical risk factors of suicidal behavior for these disorders were studied. Relevance and scientific novelty of the studied problem are defined by the lack of sufficient research data of suicide behavior in organic mental disorders, which present one of the most common mental pathology types. The research was conducted by clinical-psychopathological, clinical-anamnestic and psychometric methods. As a result a number of reliable suicide behavior risk factors and probable suicide behavior risk factors in organic mental disorders were revealed.
Relevance of the study determined the high importance of commitment to patients with personality disorders therapy, both from the point of view of terms of rehabilitation, and possible negative consequences. Objective: to study the dynamics of adherence to treatment methods cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy of patients with disorders of Mature personality. The research material. Material based on data obtained from 94 patients treated with long-term cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy (1 year) and 16 physicians involved the care of these patients. Research methods. The paper used clinical-dynamic method and visual analogue scale for subjective evaluation of adherence to treatment. Conclusion: it was Determined that in the period from 1st to 3rd months of therapy there was a significant decrease adherence of the patients to treatment, as estimated by the patients themselves and treating physicians. It proposed the development and implementation of programs for compliance therapy starting with 1st month of treatment.
One hundred and forty senior students of medical faculty were examined by the medico-sociological method with using the Bogardus Social Distance Scale for identifying their attitude to people with mental disorders and suicidal behavior. The study revealed a contradiction in relation to the specified contingent. While the future doctors declared a positive attitude, they don’t accept companionship and friendship with persons with mental disorders or suicidal behavior. It was found that the senior students of medical faculty allow persons with suicidal behaviors and nonpsychotic disorders at the distance which is far than «the neighbors on the same street» and patients with psychotic disorders far than «citizens in my country». The above dictates the applicability of the destigmatizing measures through the teaching of bioethics and psychiatry in medical schools.
