The article presents an analysis of the performance of pointed paws cultivators. It was found that despite the advantages of the use of cultivators of leading foreign manufacturers, with the resource of working bodies exceeding domestic up to 1.5–2.0 do not pay back operating costs. The article shows that the main criterion of the limit state of wear resistance of pointed paws is the wear of the sock, usually 3–4 times the wear of the wing blades. The analysis of results of laboratory and field tests of materials of a basis and hard alloys for strengthening of Lancet paws, and development of recommendations to preparation of new paws in production was presented. Laboratory testing conducted on the device IM-01, design VISKHOM.
Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for the period 2013–2020. (extended by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation until 2025) and the Strategy for the development of agricultural engineering for the period until 2030, provide for integrated equipment for agricultural production in general and its individual segments, including livestock and poultry, modern high-performance machinery and equipment. This article outlines the concept of adapting the tractor engine to work in enclosed spaces with limited air exchange, taking into account the requirements. The article also outlines the expected results from the use of an adaptation system for automotive diesel engines operating on liquefied hydrocarbon gas through a gas-diesel process with an exhaust gas recirculation system using water supply to the recirculation gas and using a catalytic converter with electronic systems to control the supply of urea to the Catholic catalyst.
In the article the necessity of revising the GOST 26953—86, GOST 26954—86 and GOST 26955—86 that sets the rules of the maximum normal pressure on the soil, the normal stress in the soil and methods of determining maximum normal stress in the soil, as well as methods for medium and maximum pressure as wheeled and tracked propulsion on the ground. The purpose of the revision of standards — compliance with modern requirements of design standards, the introduction of a new experimental and theoretical method for determining the maximum pressure of the propellers on the soil.
The article discusses the device development for information exchange with a re-mote server hardware — software platform for the acquisition and processing of operational data of agricultural machinery. The developed device allows to carry out individual remote monitoring of technical condition of agricultural machinery in real time in order to ensure compliance with technical, technological and oper-ational parameters of their work, preventive maintenance, optimization of fuel consumption and productivity, as well as remote technical diagnostics by special-ized services.
The article deals with the system of digital communication between electronic components (ECU) and control of the machine devices by CAN-bus, which collects data from all devices with the process of information exchange between them, to diagnose the technical condition of agricultural machinery. The description of electronic systems, can bus, SAE J1939 Protocol and FMS-Standard is given. Modern automotive equipment is equipped with microprocessor control systems that have diagnostic capabilities. The system of digital communication and control of electric devices of automotive engineering — the CAN interface — allows to collect data from all devices, to exchange information between them, to operate them.
Now the problem of diversifi cation of the commodity and geographical structure of exports is particularly relevant in the republic. Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 3 “On Priority Directions for Strengthening the Economic Security of the State”, approved by Decree No. 26 of January 26, 2016, requires the need to ensure systematic export diversifi cation to achieve equal distribution of exports between the three markets: the EEU, the EU and other countries which by 2020 should be a one-third-one-third-third ratio, which will help balance the foreign trade of the Republic of Belarus, develop new sales markets and secure on them, reduce the risk of dependence of the economic growth of the Republic of Belarus on the growth of individual countries — trading partners. The largest consumer of Belarusian tractors and other agricultural equipment for many years has always been the AIC of Russia. With Russia’s accession to the WTO and the active growth of its own machine building, Belarusian industrial enterprises experience certain diffi culties with the sale of agricultural machinery, primarily due to a reduction in demand for it in the Russian Federation — the main Belarusian foreign economic partner, as well as in other CIS countries. In this regard, the leading domestic manufacturers of agricultural equipment are forced to focus on more distant foreign markets.
