The analysis of modern scientific data on the implementation of the sanitary control applied by the devices to salttherapy. Identified the main hygienic problems in their operation. Practical recommendations for conducting supervision of this construction.
Analysis of total immunoglobulin E level in workers of Ufa plywood mill was done to identify early sensibilization. An increased level of IgE has been detected in 25 % of cases. Out of them, 13,2 % have been shown to have diverse allergic disorders. In order to diagnose early prenosologic allergic diseases it is necessary to determine specific immunoglobulin E with industrial allergens.
The results of the study of the psychological status of patients with vibration disease in combination with arterial hypertension and psychological protections used by them are presented. It is established that patients have increased levels of personal anxiety and situational anxiety mainly by increasing the level of asthenic component of anxiety and Outlook. In patients with vibration disease, both from local and from the effects of General vibration and in combination with arterial hypertension, there is a predominance of destructive psychological protections (denial and projection) over constructive protections (compensation and rationalization).
The results of a comprehensive examination of 145 people with different forms of vibration disease, including its combination with arterial hypertension, and 30 people of the control group are presented. It was found that the impact of General and local vibration, especially when combined with arterial hypertension leads to androgen deficiency and erectile dysfunction. At the same time, both erectile dysfunction and expressed signs of androgen deficiency were most pronounced in the second degree of WB from the impact of General vibration, as well as in the combination of WB (regardless of the type of vibration) with AG.
The problem of public health effects of halogen-containing compounds formed during chlorination of water is shown. Trihalomethanes (THMs) are the most frequently and in large quantities in chlorinated drinking water. This group of chemicals acts as an indicator of the presence of other chlorination by-products. The possibility of complex ingestion of THM in the human body and the manifestation of high biological activity with severe long-term consequences. The implementation of available methods and techniques to protect the population from the effects of halogen-containing substances of drinking water is considered.
In order to assess the Toxicological safety indicators of solid toilet soap and the ability of the samples to cause irritation to human skin, samples of solid toilet soap of various brands of Russian and foreign production, which have in their composition a variety of additives, including antibacterial action, selected by random sampling by purchasing in the retail chain, were studied. It was found that in 80.0% and 76.7%, respectively, the samples studied had a toxic effect on lyophilized extract of luminescent bacteria and bull semen, which indicates their non-compliance with Toxicological safety indicators. The results of studies on laboratory animals indicate the absence of toxic effects of samples of solid soap: none of the samples had a irritating to the skin of laboratory animals, which implies that the studied samples correspond to the safety requirements of the Toxicological indicators. The absence of irritating effects of the studied samples was confirmed by clinical and laboratory studies on volunteers.
Air is the major factor of human environment, producing varied effects on vital activity processes of a human, his working capacity and morbidity. Adverse airborne chemicals can exert acute or chronic specific or non-specific effects on human body and result in various pathological states. Indoor air pollution reasons are given. Main problems of indoor air quality caused by usage of new building and finishing materials, and climatic peculiarities of the North-west region, as well as by lack of strict regulation regarding the scope of studies carried out at the startup stage of an object are shown. Issues of program preparation for laboratory analyses of indoor air, sampling procedures, assessment of completed laboratory analysis findings, and realization of air pollution prevention measures are discussed.
A comparative assessment of manifestations of morbidity and conditions of infection with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) of rural and urban population of the steppe landscaped zone of the Orenburg region was carried out. It was determined that manifestations of the incidence of HFRS in rural and urban residents of the steppe landscape zone are similar. The only exception is the intensity of the epidemic process, which among rural residents is many times higher than among urban residents. The contamination of rural residents occurs at the place of residence mainly on a recreational type (fishing, visiting the forest, rest in the suburban area), less often industrial (oil and gas production), agricultural (hay making) and domestic types. Urban residents are infected only when traveling outside the city on recreational and industrial types.
Biochemical blood tests, thyroid-stimulating hormone levels and thyroid hormones in patients with hypothyroidism on the background of viral hepatitis C, have been performed.

In the midst of illness frequently reported constipation, which lasted from two to 5 days, pains in the epigastric region and a decrease in abdominal reflexes. In mid heavy and heavy state of foodborne, botulism has noted the increase of creatine kinase’s activeness and level of troponin. The spirogyras that indicates the change of the lung function of patients with food botulism evaluates the degree of pulmonary dysfunction. In food botulism, noted increase of death statistics to 6.8 % in observed period.
