We consider modern methods of improving operational planning of production and delivery of products for customer orders «just in time» with the use of scientifically based labor costs for technological operations.
The purpose of this article is to present a methodology for assessing the effectiveness and planning of HR branding in an organization for the implementation of the tasks of strategic staffing of the organization. The conducted review of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of employer branding shows that the proposed methods and models differ from each other in the tools used, quantitative and qualitative metrics, but in general they study the organizational attractiveness for potential and existing employees of the organization. The approbation carried out by the authors allows stating the consistency of the proposed methodology and the possibility of its application in organizations of various forms of ownership and fields of activity.
