The article is devoted to the use of drinking mineral waters in clinical practice during rehabilitation measures. It has been established that drinking mineral waters, in case of their correct and reasonable choice by specialists and administration in adequate doses for a particular patient, contribute to the elimination of disorders of gastric and pancreatic secretion, stimulate the processes of bile formation, positively affect the disturbed indicators of neurohumoral and immune regulation. Mineral medical-table water can be used for the prevention and treatment of diseases of renal hemodynamics. This method is successfully used in the pathology of the urinary system, diabetes mellitus, obesity, accompanied by metabolic disorders.
The article presents the experience and clinical and immunological substantiation of using immunoprophylaxis in the preparatory period for swimmers of the "Masters" group. The accumulated clinical experience of using recombinant interleukin-2 in athletes of various age groups and levels of training indicates the validity and expediency of including recombinant interleukin-2 in training programs in order to normalize immunological parameters and improve the adaptive potential.
The organization of medical care in the field of recreation and rehabilitation of children and adolescents is carried out on the basis of regulatory legal documents and features of functioning of a health institution. The paper analyzes the current regulatory legal acts and sanitary requirements and substantiates the need for their improvement, taking into account the changing tasks in the system of protecting children's health. The need to set out the requirements for medical activities of educational centers of international and all-Russian level in the form of a separate section of the procedure for providing medical care to minors during the period of recovery and organized recreation was noted. Taking into account the peculiarities of the educational regimen, diet and physical activity of children in the Centers, as well as the possibility to provide emergency medical care of appropriate volume and quality, it is proposed to consider the inclusion of the following diseases in the list of contraindications: diabetes mellitus, phenylketonuria, severe forms of allergic diseases, fermentopathies requiring an individual approach to the organization of nutrition, motor disorders with the impossibility of self-care, systemic connective tissue diseases, blood diseases requiring dynamic control and having a high risk of complications, heart rhythm disturbances with a risk of developing life-threatening conditions.
One of the promising directions in modern immunology is the search, evaluation, and subsequent determination of the role of the most significant surface antigens expressed on immunocompetent cells in the implementation of a normal immune response and in pathology. The quantitative composition of leukocytes in peripheral blood is one of the factors for the successful implementation of their functional activity. Today, the flow cytometry method, which is widely used both in clinical and experimental immunology, makes it possible to analyze the activation processes of immunocompetent cells based on the identification of the main surface molecules, markers of the proliferative activity of immune system cells, apoptosis, and intercellular cooperation. HLA-DR cells are a marker of late and long-term activation of cells, they remain in the blood for a long time. Their study allows assessing the severity of the inflammatory process and monitoring the effectiveness of treatment: a dynamic decrease in this indicator indicates a decrease in the inflammatory response, while an increase shows the activation of the inflammatory process.
Recombinant interleukin-2, a structural analogue of human interleukin-2, used in the complex therapy of chronic endometritis, endometriosis, and preconception preparation increases the effectiveness of the treatment of gynecological diseases and reduces the risk of reproductive losses.
Ultra-high frequency therapy is a method of physiotherapeutic treatment, which is based on the impact of a high-frequency electromagnetic field with a frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of 40.68 MHz on the patient's body. The method is widely used in the treatment and rehabilitation of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract. The technology of the physiotherapy using the electric field of ultra-high frequency is described in detail. The data on frequency, amplitude, power, and exposure time when using various physiotherapeutic techniques are given. The criteria for the effectiveness of prescribing the physiotherapy are given.
An urgent task for the occupational pathology service of the country is the search for objective methods for the early diagnosis of occupational diseases of the peripheral nervous system, in combination with the pathology of the musculoskeletal system, often occurring among workers of hazardous industries. Based on the analysis of electroneuromyographic and radiological research methods in 60 workers performing work with the impact of local vibration and physical overload, the degree of impairment of the peripheral nervous system and the musculoskeletal system of the upper limbs was studied in comparison with persons whose labor activity excluded contact with these labor factors. A relationship has been established between the severity of clinical and instrumental data obtained with the duration of exposure to harmful factors. Identification of lesions of the peripheral nervous system and the locomotor apparatus will ensure timely prevention and adequate therapeutic measures.
