Transferring to production of highly productive valuable breeds and cross-countries — one of directions of innovative development at reduction of expenses, savings of resources and other measures. In total in Russia plant 46 breeds, phylums and cross-countries of carp, salmon, sturgeon, whitefish and cichlids. In a number of economy of Rosrybhoza works on domestication of a pike, the European catfish, a pike perch, a tench and other fishes are made. In the list for subsidising from the federal budget it is included 9 breeding fish-breeding economy. To breeding fish-breeding economy there is a support from regional budgets. The Current situation with maintenance of fish economy with breeding production demands acceptance of concrete serious measures on advance of breeding production in commodity economy, and also on perfection of domestic breeding base both regarding building of new highly productive breeds, and in the organisation of selection and breeding business in breeding fish economy.
The article is devoted to the research results of modern population status of Siberian sturgeon, clarifying of the areal of its spread, fish numbers and length frequency in various regions of The Irtysh River. In addition, the article gives provisional recommendations on following volume of the limitation a small part of population for the purposes of artificial reproduction.
The Veselovsky water basin one of the basic trade reservoirs of the Rostov region. Commercial fishery and sport fishery are the primary factors affecting on number and structure of populations of fishes and cancers in a water basin and it fish productivity. With a view of conservation of aqueous bioresources of the Veselovsky water basin and building of optimum conditions for fishery development the organisation of forbidden spaces is necessary for fishery, formation of «rest regions», especially on the fields most valuable to natural reproduction of fishes.
In this article the condition of a biodiversity in an ecosystem Zhayyk — Caspian Basin is analyzed. Results of researches on studying of influence of the hydrological regime of r. Zhayyk on a fish fauna are received. Results of works on researches of the fish passing channel Yaitsky r. Zhayyk including the Right and Left sleeves are analysed. Solutions on carrying out dredging works and ensuring access of fishes to places of spawning areas of river Zhayyk are proposed.
Investigations, dedicated to analysis of relationship between rearing technology parameters and resulting outcome of paddlefish fingerlings, were made. We found that prolongation of rearing in tanks from 20 to 30 days lead to increase of average individual bodyweight (AIB) from 0.4 to 1.3g with similar survival rate (SR) — 45.3–39.5 %. Optimal fish productivity in tanks were received with stocking density of 1250 fishes/m². Bigger stocking AIB of fish (from 0.3g to 0.8g in different variances) in ponds lead to receiving better SR (varied from 12.7 to 29.3 %) and fish productivity (raised from 39.9 kg/ha to 120.8 kg/ha).
The characteristic of the modern state of populations of Rutilus fresii fresii and Chalcalburnus chalcoides in Tsimlyanskii reservoir. The recovery of these species in the status field is possible due to the release of juveniles from artificial reproduction. The formation of broodstock of Rutilus fresii fresii started in 2008, for in 2011 from generations of producers harvested in the Upper reach of Tsimlyansk water pr Chalcalburnus chalcoides eserve. Currently in the Volgograd region has production capacity and escapement, the exploitation of which provided financial support from the state or private business enables the annual production of 3.0 million Rutilus fresii fresii with an average weight of 4.0 g and 1.0 million of Chalcalburnus chalcoides weighing not less than 1.5 G.
The results of a comparative analysis of some indices of humoral immunity and lipid metabolism sterlet Acipenser ruthenus, living in different parts of the Volga river. In the serum of the studied antimicrobial properties, the proportion of immunodeficient individuals, the content of nonspecific immune complexes, the level of total lipids and their qualitative composition. It is noted that sturgeon in the Lower Volga region in comparison with other populations has a higher immune status and the optimal ratio of lipid components.
