The article contains the proposals for improving the current legislation in the field of migration, aimed at eliminating corruption factors. The author demonstrates that the lack of proper control over the work of multifunctional migration centers in Moscow and the Moscow Region is noted not only by lawyers who assist migrants in obtaining and replacing a patent, but also by almost 90% of the respondents (hereinafter - 162 foreign citizens and 129 organization representatives). This, as shown in the article, requires certain measures on the part of the relevant state structures, since the protection of the national labor market is one of the main goals of the state policy in the field of migration.
The article analyzes the civil law aspect of the legal regulation of inclusive education implementation. Despite the fact that inclusive education is regulated quite thoroughly through international legislation, federal laws and by-laws, it is impossible to take into account all the needs of specific individuals when receiving education in specific organizations. In this case, the specification of the rights and obligations of students and educational organizations in order to meet the needs of disabled people should be carried out through the conclusion of civil law contracts for the provision of educational services. Agreements can be made both between an educational institution and a student (his/ her representative), and between an educational institution and third-party organizations designed to help ensure students’ guaranteed rights and obligations. Each of these types of contracts is intended to regulate a certain range of relations that make up its subject, as well as to determine the rights and obligations of the parties that are involved in the implementation of the process of inclusive education.
The article is devoted to the consideration of the current state of local self-government in Moscow. The processes of legislative regulation in the field of local self-government in Moscow and in Russia as a whole were subjected to legal analysis, during which a number of topical issues that require the revision of the current system of local selfgovernment were identified. The authors introduced an initiative to transfer local selfgovernment in Moscow to a two-tier system.
The article deals with the problem of the formation and development of socio-cultural competencies in students. The author presents the methods and techniques used in the framework of secondary vocational education. The article discusses the main interactive methods of conducting classes, which allow to form the constituent components of socio-cultural competencies in the best way.
The article examines the experience of conducting classes during the period of mass use of distance learning technologies in the implementation of basic general education programs. Despite the fact that the remote format was not completely new and many teachers had some experience in the use of distance learning technologies, the simultaneous transfer of all forms of education to distance mode led to some technical difficulties and, first of all, the impossibility to provide all classes online. On the other hand, such a massive transition to a remote format has led to a cascade increase in the methodological experience of conducting various forms of classes remotely with the involvement of the maximum number of teachers and students. Some of the techniques can be applied when conducting classes in a traditional format.
The article analyzes the problems of museological education in the process of digital transformation. It is shown that in order to solve museological education, it is necessary to establish cooperation between the department where museum disciplines are taught and a specific museum (no matter what profile, a museum with collections), organize on the basis of the museum and together with the museum production and prediploma practices, just separate museum projects of various types and scale in all areas of museum activity, whether it is expositional, cultural and educational, research or fund activities. The article determines that museum activity in the modern world, like many other areas, is also subject to digitalization. The common problems facing the spheres of education and museum business are revealed.
