The article presents the results of the use of general magnetic therapy in the
early postoperative period in patients with uterine adenomyosis in the early
postoperative period after FUZ-ablation. The study involved 96 women who were
divided into 2 groups: the main group — 48 patients who, in the early
postoperative period after FUS-ablation, on the background of standard
treatment, received a course of general magnetic therapy consisting of 10daily
procedures and a control group — 48 patients received only standard treatment,
including symmetrical and analgesic therapy. In the initial state, the patients
had a violation of the hemostasis system, which was manifested in a significant
increase in all studied parameters: the platelet platelet platelet activity
index 1,27 times (р < 0,05); activated partial thrombin time — 1,23 times (р
< 0,05), fibrinogen A — 1,57 times (р < 0,01), blood clotting time — 1,21
times (р < 0,05) and the accumulation of fibrin degradation products, as well
as a moderate increase in FSH — by 1,38 times (р < 0,05) against the
background of a decreased by 1,62 times (р < 0.05) estradiol content (for
5–7days of the menstrual cycle) adecrease in progesterone by 4,3 times (р <
0,05) and a moderate increase in LH by 1.39 times (р < 0,05) in blood serum and
against the background of an increase in 1,8 times the level of cortisol (р <
0,05) for 20–22 days of the cycle. After the course of treatment, it was found
that the use of general magnetic therapy in patients in the early postoperative
period after FUS-ablation for adenomyosis contributes to the normalization of
hemostasis system indicators and the elimination of hormonal imbalance.
