The purpose of the work is to realize the reproductive traits of sows and the productivity of piglets by activating the nonspecific resistance of the body with probiotic drugs. For carrying out research work 3 groups of heavy pregnant sows and newborn piglets of the Large White breed have been formed with 10 animals in each group. In order to stimulate the bioresource potential of the animal body, probiotic drugs A2 (the first experimental group) and Immunoflor (the second experimental group) have been used. The use of probiotic drugs A2 and Immunoflor to pregnant sows twice, at the beginning of pregnancy and two weeks before farrowing at the rate of 0,25 kg and 0,08 kg per 1 ton of feed, respectively, ensures normal intrauterine development of fetuses, the health and livability of suckling piglets, increasing the number of viable piglets in the litter by 7,2 and 10,3 % and heavy litter by 11,4 and 3,6 %, and also improves by 9,3 and 10,3 % (P < 0,05) milk production of sows. The administration of probiotic drugs A2 and Immunoflor to piglets for 21 days at the rate of 0,25 kg and 0,005 kg per 1 ton of feed, respectively, helped to reduce the morbidity. During the rearing period the morbidity in the groups was 60,0, 20,0 and 10,0 %, respectively. Recovery in piglets of the experimental groups occurred earlier by 1,4 and 4,0 days than in the control group. By the end of the rearing period the live weight of piglets of the experimental groups was higher by 11,5 and 13,8 kg than in the control group. The administration of probiotic drugs A2 and Immunoflor to pregnant sows and newborn piglets prevents morbidity and contributes to the realization of the reproductive and productive potential of the body.
