Foreign trade, as the oldest form of world economic relations, has a significant impact on the economic development of the country, being one of the most important drivers of economic growth. The article presents a study of trade and economic relations between Russia and France in historical retrospect, as well as over the past decade the main trends, problems and prospects of bilateral cooperation are identified. Besides, the article provides an overview of the specifics of customs and tariffs regulation of Russia and France. Based on the study, conclusions are drawn about the prospects for further development of trade cooperation between the two countries.
This article, based on the statistical and mathematical research method, examines the features of foreign trade and customs regulation of Norway. The novelty of the article lies in the fact that, on the basis of rich statistical material, it shows the dependence of the gross domestic product and export of goods of the kingdom on gas prices. In addition, the article describes how, with the help of competent fiscal measures and a balanced customs policy, Norway managed to neutralize the negative consequences of the fall in world oil prices.
In this article, based on the statistical and mathematical method of research, the influence of the «Rotterdam effect» on the main macroeconomic indicators of the Netherlands, including the dynamic parameters of the country’s foreign trade, is considered. The novelty of the article lies in the fact that it not only provides statistics of socio-economic indicators, but also highlights the share of re-exports in the structure of trade with the main foreign trade partners of the kingdom. In addition, the impact of the coronavirus crisis on the Dutch economy, as well as the possible consequences of the UK’s exit from the EU for this country, is considered.
