Stomatologists are one of the most numerous categories of the medical workers, who on the level of general and professional morbidity occupy the third rank place among them. In the recent decades in stomatology, however in what another branch of medicine, occurred the active introduction of new diagnostic and treating technologies, contemporary equipment, new drug means, thus appeared the new unfavorable factors of conditions and nature of labor. The negative action of the factors of conditions and nature of labor on the organism of stomatologists, in the fi rst place, can be refl ected in the functioning of the systems of organism, in particular, central and vegetative nervous and cardiovascular systems.
In recent years grew considerably the extent of outfi tting of therapeutic establishments by complex diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasonic equipment, as a result this appear the new diagnostic procedures of study, which use ultrasonic emissions. In the article are given contemporary requirements for the safety of ultrasonic apparatuses for medical studies. It is shown that at present providing safety under the infl uence of the no ionizing emissions is the urgent task of the highly-equipped medical organizations.
Based on the analysis of teaching materials and diaries industrial training of students majoring in nursing, the authors gives an estimation of compliance of the planned and actual maintenance practices, and assesses their training to perform work related to professional risks.
In the article epidemiological and structural questions of infectious pathology in the contingent of the department of resuscitation and intensive therapy are examined. The level of resistance to the antimicrobic chemical preparations based on the example of the representatives of gram-negative microorganisms in the hospital is investigated. Survey is carried out and the urgent methods of organizing of hospital epidemiological supervision and conducting of the complex of sanitary-antiepidemic (preventive) measures are designated.
In the article are described the special features of action on the organism of the medical workers of diff erent forms of the nonionizing emissions — ultrasound, the electromagnetic waves and laser emission, the principles of diagnostics, treatment and preventive maintenance of occupational diseases from the action of data of the forms of the nonionizing emissions are given.
