In recent years, due to uncontrolled extraction and wasteful use of natural resources, the population has approached a global crisis of fuel reserves due to the fact that they are nonrenewable, and the environmental situation has worsened due to such an attitude of people to resources, which in turn was marked by climate change, that is, warming in countries where there have always been cold weather, pollution of the atmosphere, rivers, reduction of forests due to their deforestation. Experts predict that if people do not change their attitude to natural resources, then humanity will use up all the resources available on planet earth within 50 years. In most countries of the world, one of the most important objects of state regulation has become the requirements for increasing the thermal protection of buildings. In addition to saving state energy resources, these requirements are designed to protect the environment from harmful emissions, in favor of rational use of natural resources and reducing the «greenhouse effect» [1]. In this connection, the purpose of this article was to consider ideas for the creation and subsequent implementation of energy-saving projects. In order to fulfill this goal, various scientific articles, books, as well as regulatory legal acts in force in this industry were analyzed.
