The article is devoted to the process of introducing a methodology for assessing the activities of young workers, calculating the activity ratio, as well as studying the motivation of company employees. The relevance of the methodology is due to the priorities of Russia»s development in the direction of socio-economic orientation. To effectively and objectively assess the performance of young professionals, tools have been developed to conduct it as one of the tools for motivating young workers. These tools allow you to assess the achievements of young specialists in total and in each area of assessment separately

A special assessment of working conditions (SAUT) is a unified set of measures to identify harmful and (or) hazardous factors that should be carried out in production in the course of labor activity.
