In article the description of a clinical case — a recurrent pseudomembranous (klostridialny) colitis of a serious current against the background of the general immunovariable deficiency is stated. Data of tool and laboratory inspections and also the principles of treatment of this pathology are provided.

The article deals with the mechanisms of bile formation, the factors that influence this process and the methods of drug correction in various pathological conditions with the use of modern drugs and treatment schemes based on them. The review highlights the role of secretin, cholecystokinin, hydrochloric acid, fats, bile acids and pressure in the bile ducts on the processes of bile formation and excretion of bile. The need for knowledge on these issues is dictated by the fact that the greatest effectiveness from the therapy can be achieved if it is based on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease. The questions of features of such groups of drugs as: choleretics (diluting bile), cholekinetics (stimulating bile secretion) and combined preparations (combining the properties of cholagogue and hepatoprotectors) are discussed.

Influenza is a highly contagious respiratory disease, which is a serious threat to public health. Human infection with influenza virus is associated with the circulation of endemic strains that cause annual epidemic outbreaks, as well as random and unpredictable pandemics. To improve the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of influenza, it is necessary to understand the mechanism of innate immunity, as the first line of antiviral protection. A modern clinical approach to the treatment and prevention of influenza includes a number of highly effective antiviral drugs that can affect the various stages of the life of the virus.

Eight patients aged from 6 months to 16 years (mean age 9,1±5,3) (3–4 points of SDG) were examined in an acute period of severe cerebral injury of different etiology using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
