The work shows that nanostructured copper sulfate can be used for the prevention and treatment of hoof diseases in animals. Studies have been carried out to determine the size of nanoparticles containing copper sulfate by the NTA method, and their self-organization has been studied.
The purpose of this article is to consider the advantages of private labels, the process of their creation and promotion, as well as the classification of private labels. The article discusses the benefits of private labels for their owners and consumers. The classification of private labels is presented and the definition of their types and varieties is given. The process of creating and promoting private labels, as well as the features of their creation in retail trade networks, is considered. It has been established that successful private labels are beneficial for all participants in the distribution channel: manufacturers who receive large orders for the production of goods and their guaranteed sale; retailers whose private labels provide competitive advantages, customer loyalty and high profits. Meanwhile, end consumers have the opportunity to buy goods of proper quality at reduced prices, as well as the confidence that they will not be deceived.
The approaches to establishing consumer properties and risks in the production of culinary products with functional properties are considered. It has been shown that products containing functional additives have high consumer properties.

The article highlights the problems of the classification of nectars in accordance with the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union; possible ways to solve them are suggested.
The paper presents the properties of nanostructured vitamin E (self-organization and the size of nanocapsules are determined using the NTA method) and its use in functional food products.
A general classification and a brief description of food additives are presented. The consequences of their use for a human vary depending on the individual features of the organism, the amount of the substance used and the additive itself. Preservatives are considered the most harmful to the human body, since most of them have carcinogenic properties.
This article presents an analysis of the results of studying batches of wheat grain during storage in terms of milling properties. The results showed that single-grade flour with a yield of 70% was consistently produced from wheat at the stages. Wheat of the 3rd class after 6 years of storage can be used for milling purposes.
The purpose of the article is to study the influence of the size of vegetables on their storage life and to confirm the principle of the optimal size. It has been established that medium-sized vegetables, in most cases, are distinguished by the lowest natural loss, losses from decay, and total losses, compared with large and small ones. Plant organisms of optimal sizes have better storage life and longer life span, but their parameters are differentiated by types and varieties of vegetables.
The study presents the properties of nanostructured Vitamin E (self-organization), determines the size of nanocapsules using the NTA method and its use in functional food products.
