The methodology incorporates normalization of key metrics, calculation of an integral efficiency index, and scenario analysis. Approbation across several business formats demonstrated a 12–18% reduction in write-offs, a 15–28% increase in financial safety margin, and a 25-40% growth in the integral efficiency index. The practical significance lies in enabling entrepreneurs to quickly identify operational bottlenecks and adopt more resilient business models.
