The results of definition of genotypes according to the marker genes MC4R, PRLR, ESR, FSHb, RYR1 and PIT1//MST in relation with reproductive ability of sows under conditions industrial pig breeding complex have been given. It has been established that according to MC4R gene the highest reproductive performance were sows of genotypes GG and AA: prolificacy was 11,0 and 11,31 piglets, weight of the litter of piglets at birth was 12,98 and 12,89 kg, heavy litter was 1,13 and 1,14 kg, the number of piglets at weaning at 26 days was 10,6 and 10,56 heads, respectively. According to gene PRLR leading position in productivity held sows with BB genotype: prolificacy was 11,81 piglets, weight of the litter of piglets at birth was 13,41 kg, the number of piglets at weaning was 11,10 heads. According to gene ESR with higher productivity had AB-sows: prolificacy was 11,07 piglets, weight of the litter of piglets at birth was 12,53 kg, the number of piglets at weaning was 10,47 heads, the livability of the young animals to weaning was 94,58%. According to FSHb gene the best reproductive productivity was inherent in the sows of AB genotype: prolificacy was 11,53 piglets, weight of the litter of piglets at birth was 13,24 kg, heavy litter was 1,14 kg, and number of piglets was 10,89 heads. According to gene PIT1//MST the best productivity had sows CD genotype: prolificacy was 12,0 piglets, weight of the litter of piglets at birth was 13,47 kg, heavy litter was 1,13 kg, number of piglets at weaning was 11,0 heads. According to RYR1 gene all 100% of sows had the NN genotype.
