In article the data comparison of methodical approaches an estimation management efficiency by a human psychophysiological condition. The data obtained by analyzing spectrograms in registration of EEG, incorporated in hardware-software complex of POKSS. The study involved 26 athletes of ski sports. Comparative data analysis revealed high repeatability of EEG parameters in athletes at rest and self-programming states of «inhibition» and «acceleration». Maximum value of alpha rhythm in athletes observed when recording with the eyes closed and in modeling state of acceleration (mobilization). As a result, reproducibility of EEG parameters on 21st day observation in a visual analysis revealed in 48 % of athletes, while calculating index of biofeedback efficiency – in 7 % of athletes.
This article highlights the historical prerequisites for the formation of approaches to the assessment in schizophrenic disorders both in terms of general psychiatric practice: assessment of the ability to work of such patients, further prognosis and selection of adapted therapy; so as in terms of highly specialized forensic psychiatry: with the analysis of the expert decision. The stages of the development of the concept of postpsychotic states - in remissions and defect – are considered. Based on the analysis of both foreign and domestic literature, changes in the notion of pathomorphosis of endogenous disease, and in particular of the «intermediate» remission states, the revisions of legislative acts with the introduction of the «limited sanity» concept and changes in approaches to the mental disorders assessment (categorial in addition to dimensional). It is concluded that further development of standardized remission criteria, taking into account clinical forms, type of disease course, remission type and defect condition, continues to be relevant in scientific and practical aspects.
In article grounded the necessity of an objective estimation a psychoemotional condition and stress in professional sports. We developed the algorithm of psychoemotional examination in process of medical and biological accompaniment of athletes. This algorithm includes instrumental psychodiagnostics: heart rate variability, bioelectrography, and bioimpedanceometry. In practice it was determined the psychoemotional state of 24 people of the youth hockey team, with 87,5 % athletes in a state of stress and needed a correction of the psychoemotional state.
On the base 444 combat training and retraining center in the laboratory of the Research Center for Aerospace Medicine and Military Ergonomics, work was carried out to assess the professional health of flight crew with the «Diamed MBS» software and hardware complex. Ninety pilots examined from number of the listeners and instructor, not having diagnosis and complaints to picture of health. The obtained results compared with data of medical-flight commission, functional tests, conclusions of the instructor and the aviation physician. It is established that high indicators of informative method allow to use the diagnostic complex in practice of doctor of aviation medicine.
Demyelinating diseases (DMZ) of the Central nervous system (CNS) diseases, which are characterized by the development of demyelinating process of the neurons of the Central or peripheral nervous system. This pathology relates to autoimmune diseases. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a common autoimmune DMZ Central nervous system, characterized by the development of scattered in time and space foci of demyelination, clinically manifested by multifocal neurologic symptoms. Questions examined the personal characteristics of patients with MS, the analysis of the severity of depression and anxiety, and the options for psychological help.
Analysis of clinical picture, neurovisualization data, results of electrophysiological and laboratory methods of investigation of patients with spinal arteriovenous malformations and fistulas compared to the patients with spondylogenic diskogenic ischemic myelopathy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is done. Patients with Fua-Alajouanine syndrome and Hirayama disease were included into the study also. Peculiarities of clinical course of spinal vascular malformations allowed to mark out clinical and paraclinical criteria of their diagnosis.
The boiling of the biological fluid concentrated in the cartilaginous tissue of the intervertebral disc and its experimental analogue – the phantom of the cartilaginous tissue, initiated by the action of continuous laser radiation of the near infrared range of moderate power, leads to the appearance along the laser channel of porous structures formed by the coagulated protein. At the same time, the density and strength of the tissue sharply decreases, which allows perforation of cartilaginous and spongy bone tissue with minimal mechanical effort.
The prevalence of alcohol dependence (AZ) in the Russian Federation (RF) remains at a high level. Unfortunately, remains high and the mortality rate from reasons directly or indirectly related to alcohol abuse.
