Hotels are one of the most important elements that contribute to the national economy of any country through their services and products, which are sold through the restaurants and bars in the hotel, as well as through various investments and through what constitutes a fundamental force in the tourism sector, which is positively is reflected in the economy of any country. Due to the constant development that we observe, and in light of the intense competition to provide the best various services for guests, there has been an urgent need to pay attention to the development of management information systems in any hotel, since it has become a vital issue that can be relied on and which is a competitive advantage that can turn the tide and make progress [1].
The importance of this study can be summarized in the following points:
• Highlighting the impact and importance of enhancing the role of management information systems in achieving better resource management and channeling them into ancillary decisions that are made at various administrative levels in hospitality businesses [2].
• Knowledge of how to use management information systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes in hospitality businesses.
Organizational structure means the organization of the administrative activities of the hotel, which is associated with the processes of organizing, coordinating AND equipping the hotel with the resources (human, informational, material, financial) necessary to fulfill the tasks and achieve the goals of the hotel. Based on this, many activities need to be performed, including the following:
• Allocate different resources for each of the different divisions of the hotel.
• To group the tasks of the internal organizational units of the hotel, i.e. hotel departments [3].
• Divide the work into specific tasks that are performed by the hotel employees.
• Grant the necessary authority to each individual worker to carry out their duties.
