Сегодня главным событием в мире, как и прежде, остаётся ситуация в Украине и вокруг нее. Если с первой частью все ясно — задачи специальной военной операции будут выполнены до конца, то о ее последствиях высказываются самые разные версии и сценарии. И тут речь идет о будущем мироустройстве в целом и украинской государственности в частности.
Что касается самой Украины, контуры её раздела приобретают всё более отчётливые очертания. В военно-политических планах Польши уже прочно присутствует пункт о скором возвращении Восточных Крес в лоно возрождающейся 4-й Речи Посполитой. Интересно, что о перспективах распада Украины давно задумываются и сами украинцы, о чем свидетельствуют результаты опросов общественного мнения. И, если Украина хочет выжить как независимое государство, она должна завершить своё сопротивление и сесть за стол переговоров с Россией, как это наблюдалось на начальном этапе операции.
Сложнее обстоит дело с характеристикой мироустройства, которое установится по результатам этого конфликта. Многие в мире свыклись с мыслью о невозможности продолжения действия миропорядка, в котором все страны должны следовать указаниям Вашингтона, а западные ценности должны быть выше закона. Уже ни у кого не возникают сомнения в том, что российская спецоперация на Украине кардинально изменила «однополярный мир», в результате чего мировой порядок становится все более и более многополярным.

Today, the main event in the world, as before, remains the situation in and around Ukraine. But if everything is clear with the fi rst part — the tasks of the special military operation will be completed to the end — then a variety of versions and scenarios are expressed about its consequences. And here we are talking about the future world order in general and Ukrainian statehood in particular. As for Ukraine itself, the contours of its partition are becoming more and more distinct. In the military-political plans of Poland, there is already a strong point about the imminent return of the Eastern Cres to the bosom of the resurgent 4th Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Interestingly, Ukrainians themselves have been thinking about the prospects of the collapse of Ukraine for a long time, as evidenced by the results of public opinion polls. And if Ukraine wants to survive as an independent state, it must end its resistance and sit down at the negotiating table with Russia, as was observed at the initial stage of the operation.
The situation is more complicated with the characteristics of the world order that will be established as a result of this confl ict. Many in the world have become accustomed to the idea that it is impossible to continue the world order in which all countries must follow the instructions of Washington, and Western values must be above the law. No one doubts that the Russian special operation in Ukraine has radically changed the "unipolar world", as a result of which the world order is becoming more and more multipolar.
