Качество жизни как важнейшая характеристика медицинской и социальной эффективности медицинской помощи. Обзор литературных источников

Статья посвящена проблеме изучения качества жизни, терминологии данного понятия, истории исследования, вариантам опросников и методикам их применения. Статья подготовлена для аспирантов, научных работников и врачей, интересующихся данной проблемой.

Улучшение качества жизни (далее — КЖ) долгое время было основной явной или неявной целью образа жизни и политической цели для отдельных людей, сообществ, стран и всего мира. Но определить качество жизни и измерить прогресс в ее улучшении было трудно. В целом КЖ представляет собой достаточно многомерное понятие, возникающее из оценки множества потребностей на индивидуальном, общинном, национальном и глобальном уровнях. Предполагается, что каждая потребность в разной степени (которая варьируется во времени) вносит вклад в общее качество жизни. Общее качество жизни в любой момент времени является функцией, в которой удовлетворяется каждая выявленная потребность человека [1]. Качество жизни, релевантное здоровью, включает в себя те аспекты, которые определяются состоянием здоровья и в англоязычной литературе обозначаются как health related quality of life [2].

Исследования качества жизни широко распространены в научной среде и среди общественных деятелей. Со временем под понятием «качество жизни», помимо материальной стороны, также рассматривали духовную комфортность существования людей [3, 4]. Первой всеобъемлющей целью десятилетия «Здоровые люди 2010» было повышение качества и продолжительности здоровой жизни. Меры по ожидаемой продолжительности жизни и ожидаемой продолжительности здоровой жизни использовались для составления отчета об этой цели для нескольких групп населения, которые основывались на данных самооценки, связанных со здоровьем, включая состояние здоровья в мире, распространенность некоторых хронических заболеваний и ограничения активности.

Целью нашего исследования стало изучение парадигмы качества жизни как важнейшей характеристики медицинской и социальной эффективности медицинской помощи.

Задачи настоящего обзора:

• изучить понятийный аппарат, связанный с понятием качества жизни;

• исследовать историю изучения данного понятия;

• провести анализ существующих методов и проблем изучения качества жизни на современном этапе.
