Creative potential of the production system as a driving force of its development

The results of many years of scientific research on the creation of a unified approach that establishes the driving forces for the development of production systems of different orientations are presented. Recommendations on the use of the creative potential of the system as the main driving force, invariant to the conditions of the consumer environment are generated. A comprehensive analysis of the various directions of development of production, the most prevalent at present, in the discussion showed that a unified approach to efficiency assessment is based on the main internal factor of the developing production - the creative potential of the production system. This factor is consistent with any changes in the external environment, is a direct (immediate) or indirect source of production efficiency, and is also the main driver of the production transformation. The mysteriousness of intuitive thinking underlying creativity is akin to the phenomena of "synergy" in living nature and explains why it has been little studied in science and technology. The modern development of production in the new directions touched upon in this publication will make both practitioners and theorists of production bolder and more persistently promote new models and methods of study that include creativity and its applied links in the chain of decision-making in production management as the main, central ingredient and driving force of development.

Industrial production specialists are currently in a difficult position because of the "avalanche" effect on the minds of the various recommendations for the development of production. There are both recommendations for digitalization under the control of artificial intelligence and guidelines for "development toward" self-organization, models of "synergy" in production, and proposals for the "harmonization" of production, on dynamic and cognitive models, and more.

Authors of publications in these areas compete with each other, putting their achievements on the "first line" of progress and criticizing the competitors' lines. There are virtually no works that would ideologically unite these truly progressive directions.

The main activity idea of the nonprofit partnership "Association of Enterprise Designers" (NP "AED"), founded in 2003, was the development and implementation of the ideology of achieving maximum efficiency of industrial enterprises based on an integrated approach by combining many areas of development based on a single scientifically unbiased approach.

Practical implementation of the stated goal of NP "AED" is performed by the ScientificMethodical Centre (SMC) NP "AED" established at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MGTU).

The SMC conducts research work, holds seminars and conferences, and publishes research results in branch-specific journals.

SMC considers the creation of a unified approach to assessing the effectiveness of various areas of the development of production to be the main results of its work. The unified approach was found to be based on the scientific provision about the regularity of the transformation of labour activity through the influence of the form of thinking on the quality of the decision made in labour activity. The identified pattern of routine-creative transformation of labour activity has the main properties - it is not subject to time, is reliable for any type of labour activity, types of production, and consumption.
