The UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage adopted in 1972, and ratified by the majority of countries of the Planet, is the first global document of humanity considering the noosphere of the cultural heritage of humanity as a continuation of Earth's biosphere. I suggest a biosphere-centric model of the Convention in accordance with the goals of sustainable development of the Planet for conscious shaping of cultural diplomacy of the digital age, ensuring the cooperation of Russia and other countries of the Planet in a productive evolution from traditions to innovations of the noosphere of the XXI century. I have structured the components of the UNESCO Convention from natural to cultural heritage within the cross-cutting objective of biosphere-centric development of countries of the Planet by Vernadsky to solve the issue of sustainable development of any of its territories. Sustainable development in its current format needs to take into account the historical cultural psychology and the current state of spiritual culture of nations, which are a significant and often unconscious factor of cross-cultural communication. Therefore I also set in the Convention the 7th goal of sustainable development of people, organizations and territories, adding notion of genius loci (genius of the place) concept of the Planet reflecting the interreligious origins of modern geopolitics and its innovative development potential in the digital age.
Hercules
It seems I have been resurrected.
I lived before. My name was Hercules.
I weighed at least a hundred tons,
By roots and all I tore up trees.
Stretched my hand and touched the skies.
When I sat down, I broke the chairs.
And then I died... And now I’m resurrected:
Of normal stature, normal weight —
Like other people. Kind and cheerful.
