Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in various spheres of people’s lives. One of the promising areas of application of artificial intelligence is the field of public administration. Public authorities are implementing communication and information technologies to create new intelligent systems and develop new risk prevention strategies in public administration. In the Russian Federation, the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence was adopted by presidential decree in December 2019. Meanwhile, AI technologies are already being actively implemented in the field of public administration and business. One of the most important questions is what are the advantages of AI for the purposes of the state’s social policy. For example, O.P. Alexandrov, G.U. Kazakhbaeva [1], V.B. Zvonov [6], S.A. Efimova [7], E. S. Ustinovich [22] pay attention to the fundamental understanding of the role of information, digital technologies, robots and artificial intelligence. The role of artificial intelligence in public administration has been devoted to such authors as: S.G. Vasin [4], A.A. Kosorukov [11], E. S. Ustinovich [20;21;22;23]. Artificial intelligence in management, economics and the social sphere is studied by Z. F. Dadashev, N.G. Ustinova [5], I.Y. Zhilina [8], E. I. Leskina [12], K.N. Sharan [18] and others.
