Relevance. In the conditions of large-scale Russian poultry farming, the risks associated with the threat of epizootics, environmental problems, and also the sanitary and epidemiological safety of the products are increasing [2, 11].

Water is a considerable vector of transmission of pathogenic bacteria [7, 8]. Therefore, the quality of drinking water that is supplied to the drinking system in raising broiler chickens is one of the main conditions for the effective production of poultry meat [4, 5, 10].

With intensive poultry management, when a lot of stock is concentrated in one area, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the microbial fl ora of the indoor air. The main sources of pollution are the poultry itself, feed and litter [1, 9].

In this regard, it is very important to lavage the air basin of closed premises in the presence of poultry during the period of its raising and management [3, 6, 12].

Therefore, it becomes necessary to utilize domestically produced biocides that are low-toxic for the poultry organism, the environment and that are not aggressive for technological equipment. One of the promising biocidal agents is Anolyte ANK SUPER.

The current need for import substitution has made it an urgent task to develop technological modes for utilizing the Anolyte ANK SUPER agent when raising broiler chickens.

The purpose of the research is the development of technological modes for utilizing the Anolyte ANK SUPER agent when raising broiler chickens.

Materials and Methods. The work was carried out in the department of technology for the production of poultry products in the laboratory of technology for the production of poultry meat of Federal Scientific Centre “All-Russian Scientific Research and Technological Institute of Poultry” (VNITIP) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in the vivarium of the selection and genetic centre “Zagorskoye Experimental Breeding Farm”, in the SES of the Sergiev-Posad region. 5 experiments and a production inspection were carried out.
