The article considers the prospects for the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in Kazakhstan and their application in the financial market. The paper shows the advantages of using artificial intelligence in banking, examines the level of implementation of this technology and the problems of using AI in the process of providing banking services.
The article examines the impact of digital transformation on the methods and results of commercial bank valuation. The purpose of the work is to identify how the introduction of digital technologies (FinTech, big data, online services, etc.) affects the key indicators that determine the value of a bank, and how traditional approaches to valuation can be adapted to new conditions. The object of the study is modern commercial banks that are actively implementing digital solutions, and the subject is changes in their financial indicators and value under the influence of digitalization. The methodological basis is the analysis of domestic and foreign publications, a comparative analysis of classical valuation methods (DCF, residual income method, comparative approach) and consideration of digital economy factors. The main findings indicate that digitalization significantly changes the drivers of bank value: it increases efficiency and profitability, but also gives rise to new risks and competition. A structured scheme for taking into account digital factors when assessing the value of a bank is proposed.
The analysis of current investment activity of Kazakhstan has been conducted, which has shown the continuing dependence of the economy on raw materials, which limits the possibilities of diversification and makes the economy vulnerable to external shocks. The key reforms implemented in Kazakhstan, such as simplification of business registration and tax reforms, which contribute to the improvement of the business environment, have been assessed. The criteria influencing the investment climate have been identified, including the transparency of the business system, the level of trust in the state, and the presence of corruption. It is proposed to continue the implementation of structural reforms aimed at creating favorable conditions for investment in priority areas.
