We studied the long-term results of treatment of achalasia of the esophagus with the use of surgical treatment and cardiodiosis. The efficiency of various treatments depending on the stage of the disease
Analysis of treatment of 13 patients with corrosive structures of cicatricle bile ducts after antegrade balloon cholangio plastic repair (holangioplastika) was done. Patients' age ranged from 29 to 82 years, the level of bilirubin ranged from 32.2 µmol/l to 439.5 mkmol/l, the average — 153.5 ± 65 µmol/l, and the length of the jaundice varied from 7 days up to 6 months. In 12 cases, it proved to be effective. Antegrade balloon cholangio plastic repair (holangioplastika) is technically feasible intervention and an alternative to the traditional treatment methods of patients with bile duct corrosive structures and holangioeyunalni junctions of different etiology, that proved to be successful over 2 years.
With a high operation-anaestetic risk littleinvasion interferences (83 patients) were executed the patients of elderly and senile age. Imposition of mikrocholecystostomy under the ultrasonic aiming is a rational littletraumatic operation in a twostage surgical treatment. Small traumatic implies short spaces of stay of patients in the hospital and were 65% radical operation in 2–3 month possibility. For patients with advanced of acute destructive cholecystitis with forming of dense infiltration imposition of a force laparoscopy cholecystostomy as a first stage of treatment resulte in rapid cut short of inflammation, absence of damages during in operation and short space of stay in hospital and creates terms for the further use of laparoscopy cholecystectomy.
We have examined the bacteriological tests results of 186 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5 in 2011–2015. In 40% of the samples we found Gram–negative flora, 39% — Gram–positive flora, 5% — fungi, 25% — mixed flora. 49% of all associations — a combination of Gram–positive and Gram–negative bacteria, in other cases — various combinations with fungi. Most often found Gram–negative bacteria were Klebsiella pneumonia (37%), E. Coli (28%), P. aeruginosa (17%), Acinetobacter spp. (10%), Enterobacter spp. (8%). Most often found Gram–positive bacteria were Enterococcus spp. (50%), Staphylococcus spp. (44%), и Streptococcus spp. (6%). Enterococcus spp., and Klebsiella pneumoniae showed high antibiotic resistance. All Gram–positive bacteria showed high Vancomycin and Linezolidum sensitivity. The species composition of microflora is very important.. Regular analysis of the bacterial flora is necessary due to the growing antibiotic resistance.
The preoperative clinical, ultrasound and laboratory examinations were performed to 87 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities. The findings obtained were compared with the data of morphological studies describing structural changes varicose veins removed during surgeries. It has been found out the detected phenotypic sings, biochemical markers of connective tissue dysplasia correspond to morphological changes in the structure of the venous wall like at connective tissue dysplasia.
Today, gunshot trauma, is a problem not only of military medicine but also civilian healthcare. In the beginning of XXI Millennium, the world marked increase in the number of gunshot wounds among the civilian population of cities and towns, while not rare massive income victims. These circumstances require improvement of military doctrine, including providing medical care to gunshot injuries of the extremities. The Department of hospital surgery at the Andijan medical Institute, based in the Andijan branch of the Republican scientific center of emergency medical care, has experience of treatment of 169 patients with gunshot wounds. Early delivery of victims to the stages of specialized medical care, it enables better approaches to the treatment of gunshot wounds of the extremities. The rational use of lymphotropic antibiotic therapy with regional lymphostimulation, comprehensive improved treatment of wounds of the extremities, reduces the number of complications.
