One of the most important ways to preserve the machine and tractor fleet of the Russian Federation today is the modernization of agricultural machinery in repair and technical enterprises. This means a set of works to improve the quality and efficiency of machines by replacing individual components with more advanced ones.
The technology of non-impersonal repair of hydraulic distributors with round and flat spools is intended for engineering and technical workers and repair and maintenance personnel carrying out major repairs of tractor hydraulic drive units at repair and technical enterprises, specialized sites, and general-purpose workshops. Hydraulic distributors, repaired in full accordance with the general repair manual, provide at least 100 % of the actually achieved service life of new hydraulic distributors, subject to the rules of operation and maintenance. To successfully solve the issue of assessing the technical condition, running-in and tuning of components and assemblies (pumps and filters) of tractor diesels for repair enterprises and ensuring the learning process for agroengineering educational institutions, the State Research University has developed a diagnostic stand KI-28256.01.
The ways of achieving the results of various diagnostic methods at different stages of technology development are considered — from the level of the first tractors and combines to modern unmanned complexes. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the design features and methods for determining the technical condition were considered; a practical analysis of diagnostic methods at different levels was presented using the example of agricultural and truck equipment. It is proved that, despite the availability of all modern technologies, techniques and tools for determining the technical condition, specialists need to resort to various methods, including organoleptic examination, which implies the use of only accumulated experience.
The examples of the using of developments of domestic scientists are given in the article. The characteristic of stationary milking conveyor is given. The advantage of conveyor-line milking installations in comparison with the installations, where the milking machine tools are fixed, is shown. It is noted, that the conveyor-line technologies of feeding and milking are energy-saving and serve as production-engineering base for creating the automated farms.
