The Article is devoted to the description of the comparative results of two systems tolerances-D1 and D (i). D1 is the system of tolerances, using one admission, standing for the entire service life of the machine. (D) (i) is the system of tolerances, using one too. Only the tolerance, not permanent and variable, depending on the speed of wear parts, guiding parts of the same group (GOD). It is known that in this GOD there is a distribution of those details according to the speed of wear. First, fail parts with a high wear rate. They were the first to reach the limit value setting, forming a denial. They are the details, having an average speed of wear, and the details at the bottom of the list, with the smallest rate of wear. Thus, the sequence of failure depends on the details of its actual speed of wear, i.e. first come out of the standing parts, wear with great speed. It was under this characteristic of wear parts and designed alternating the admission, changing its value depending on developments, the fewer hours of details, the lower the tolerance, the earlier it is necessary to replace this part. A method and a computer program that implements this tolerance.
