This article discusses one of the main tools aimed at ensuring safe working conditions and the implementation of the occupational safety management system at the enterprise — a special assessment of working conditions. The fundamental document regulating the conduct and stages of the procedure for a special assessment of working conditions is the Methodology of conducting. The upcoming changes in the field of occupational safety and the "regulatory guillotine" will also affect the special assessment of working conditions. A comparative analysis of the current methodology with the updated and coming into effect is carried out. The main changes have been identified, as well as relevant aspects that will become a debate for the proceedings of interested parties in the future. Expert opinions are offered on the identified topical issues of the new methodology for conducting a special assessment of working conditions.
Abstract. The main aspects of quality management for the production of protein concentrate from the larvae of the Black Soldier fly under industrial production conditions Russia are considered. Information about the features of insect protein production is presented, the main safety risks and methods for eliminating them are identified. The basic requirements for the quality of raw materials and finished products are listed.
