The high level of demands on the job that professional nurses face makes it one of the most stressful professions. The stressful nature of this profession requires nursing staff to be physically and emotionally resilient, which often leads to burnout, which lowers the productivity of professionals and forces them to show emotional distance.
The aim of the study is to study the influence of the personal characteristics of a nurse on professional suitability for work in a pediatric hospital. The results of the study allow us to assert that the professional suitability of a nurse is influenced by a number of characterological abilities, including such as moral normativity, neuropsychic stability, adaptive abilities, and communication skills. Conclusion. When hiring, a psychodiagnostic examination should be carried out to study the characterological characteristics of future employees, which will reduce the turnover of personnel in pediatric departments. Taking into account the psychological characteristics that affect the professional suitability to work in the pediatric department, it is possible not only to select the most psychologically ready staff, but also to prevent the development of professional deformations and burnout syndrome in employees.
The aim of the study was to develop and substantiate a nursing staff motivation system that would improve the efficiency and quality of specialists' work. Results: the local documentation of the medical organization was analyzed to determine the existing types of motivation; studied statistical data to determine the dynamics of changes in the effectiveness of the work of nurses; a survey was carried out to determine the satisfaction with the current system of motivation of specialists and to identify their needs. Conclusion: as a result of the study to determine the system of motivation for the work of nursing personnel in a medical organization, it was confirmed that the quality of working life at the present stage is the most important incentive for maintaining high quality of work and increasing its efficiency.

Results: the majority of nursing service leaders are socially oriented in their management. Conclusion: the leaders of the nursing service need to constantly analyze their mistakes, objectively evaluate the tactics of behavior and communication with colleagues and subordinates.
The aim of the study is to analyze the peculiarities of the organization of nursing practice in the Regional Perinatal Center SE on REM with the determination of the prospects for its development in the future. Results: an assessment of the satisfaction of nursing staff with work and the team, satisfaction of patients with the provision of medical care was carried out, the prospects for the development of the nursing service of the perinatal center were formulated. Conclusion: The nursing staff of the perinatal center pays great attention to the acquisition by a woman of practical skills in caring for a newborn, hygiene of the postpartum period. Nursing staff play a pivotal role in the obstetric organization in achieving strategic objectives.
The aim of the study the influence of the motivational-need sphere on the formation of burnout syndrome in nurses. Results: a study was carried out to determine the socio-psychological attitudes in the motivational-need-related sphere of nurses, the relationship between the identified attitudes and the level of emotional burnout in nurses was determined. Conclusion: the results of the study confirm the need to identify social and psychological attitudes in the motivational-need-related sphere for possible prevention of burnout syndrome at the initial level, in order to be able to outline individual psychocorrection programs for employees of a medical institution with already formed burnout syndrome.
The aim of the study the theoretical and methodological foundations of motivation in the professional activity of nurses and its impact on improving the efficiency of the polyclinic and the degree of patient satisfaction with the organization of primary health care. Results: the role and importance of labor stimulation in increasing the efficiency of the organization’s activities were considered, an analysis and assessment of the motivation of the labor activity of nurses was carried out, the main directions of improving the motivation of the labor of nurses and the efficiency of the polyclinic were developed. Conclusion: a properly developed effective functioning of the system of motivation and stimulation of labor in outpatient clinics will increase labor productivity, which will positively affect the performance of a medical institution and increase the level of team cohesion.
The aim of the study the influence of job satisfaction of medical personnel on the quality of medical care. Results: the role of the nurse-leader in increasing the job satisfaction of medical personnel was studied; a comparative analysis of the attitude to work of medical personnel and their satisfaction in commercial and non-commercial medical organizations was carried out; formulated practical recommendations aimed at increasing the job satisfaction of medical personnel and the quality of medical services. Conclusion: formulated practical recommendations aimed at increasing job satisfaction of medical personnel and improving the quality of medical services provided to them.
The purpose of the study is to improve the adaptation system for personnel in a multidisciplinary hospital. Results: the problems of organizing the adaptation process were identified, the methods of analysis and assessment of the management of the adaptation process in a medical organization were adapted, the effectiveness of the existing system of adaptation of medical workers in the organization was assessed. Conclusion: the study proved the need for a more complete and high-quality adaptation process; the process is not static, a creative approach is needed, taking into account the characteristics of the organization (team) and the individual abilities of a specialist; to improve the organization, for the effective adaptation of medical personnel, it is necessary to develop the institution of mentoring.
