The article substantiates the need to take into account the climatic factor in the structure of the natural agro-potential of the territory and the assessment of agricultural land with the same degree of spatial detail as the soil cover. The method for estimating the standard yield based on a combination of a statistical forecast of production and simulation modeling of MPY (maximum possible yield) for grain crops has been implemented in this work. The paper also contains land appraisal and mesoclimatic zoning of the territory and considers the issues of using the results for assessing the suitability and cost of land, solving problems of land use and land administration.
The article deals with the issue of compensation payments for the withdrawal agricultural land, and clarified the theoretical and methodological features of the calculation of such payments for state and municipal needs. The paper considers land management in the definition of an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Volkov S.N. and monitoring of a district with high-rise buildings. The authors investigate the system for monitoring the settling of buildings using GIS as a means of integrating geospatial data, and a differential method for detecting and evaluating deformations of a high-rise building. The work formed unified geoinformation space with centralized management of infrastructure and capabilities of GIS, for example the realtime monitoring technology, and the possibility of using an information monitoring system for predicting critical situations.
