The article analyzes the state of the green zone in the village of Novoseltsevo, Mytishchi district. The unorganized arrangement of the territory led to the oppression of the tree plantation and the triano-shrub layer, which can lead to irreversible consequences and large economic losses. We suggested that, to improve the green zone, to conduct sanitation of wood species, make a restoring road network for the guests, select and equip recreation areas, for preserving green spaces and comfortable rest of the residents.

The authors propose the technology of preliminary road map laying in the areas with rugged topography using free space images and Google Earth software. Geodetic support of necessary precision is carried out by means of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles).

The author compiled the program complex for objects classification. The examples demonstrated in this paper confirm the correctness of object recognition system.
The author investigates the changing of Imereti Lowlands area using multichannel surveying with production of satellite images. These images are deciphered and analyzed by a number of ways to identify changes in the terrain.
