The State policy of import substitution as the answer to economic and geopolitical challenges, entered the active stage and, by all means, touched the domestic market of special equipment. What would be further development of the events? Will the program support the domestic producer? Will the import substitution help the consumers?

The idea of placing foldable aircraft on the submarine was formulated in October 1915 by the British aircraft designer Pemberton-Billing N.
