The analysis of current sensors used in electricity meters, in particular, current transformers, which are the main source of errors, is given. A classification of commercial and technical metering devices is presented. Technical solutions for improving the accuracy of metering devices and features of their production are described.
The analysis of problems in the field of controlling the amount of heat energy, automating accounting processes, creating automated systems for commercial accounting of heat energy. Existing scientific approaches and technical solutions are described. The shortcomings of the existing technical solutions, operated systems and devices are analyzed.
We consider the automated transport of warehouses of industrial enterprises. An experimental study of the dynamics of a mobile controlled vehicle using a computer model in the Matlab system and hybrid modeling based on a mathematical model of a mobile robot and a physical model in the form of a real installation, which received 2 patents of the Russian Federation for device inventions.
The results of the analysis of ways to improve the energy efficiency of informationmeasuring systems for automatic control of heating as a tool for regulating the process of transferring thermal energy from a boiler to an air mass of rooms are presented.
Presents the results of the practical implementation of the developed control system for the erosion water treatment plant. The developed management system was introduced into the water treatment process of Tomsk Complex Geological Prospecting Expedition LLC, as evidenced by the corresponding implementation act. As a result of the operation of the EDM water treatment plant with a developed and implemented control system, a decrease in the electric power consumption for the water treatment process was noted, while the quality of the purified water remained.
The composition and place of the automated process control system in the process of making blanks using the MCVD method are shown, a description of the technical, mathematical, and software of automated process control systems is presented. The main mathematical models underlying the projected control system: the function of a movable heat source; linear heat transfer equation; optimization system.
